			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Well, I don&#8217;t want to hear &#8220;I told you so&#8221; but, I&#8217;ve been over training&#8230; This was the most frustrating workout I&#8217;ve had. My HR was so high. 150 bpm and I was almost walking! Grrrrrr! I was getting lapped by girls that I know I&#8217;m fitter than. That was brutal. But I guess I should have known. </p>
<p>I took the rest of the week off. I&#8217;ll cycle on Saturday. </p>
<p>Not easy for me to take a break, but it&#8217;s better than getting sick, Right?

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>I came to the library to get some studying done as I can&#8217;t get in the zone at home&#8230; there&#8217;s always something better to do than study&#8230; laundry, clean the bathroom, watch Dr. Phil&#8230; always something better. And the coffee shops near by my home either close before I get off work (lame) or are too noisy and crowded. I wish I had a Ladro in my town. Anyway, I though, why don&#8217;t I go to the library&#8230; Comfortable chairs, minimal distractions if any and piece and quiet. Yah Right!!! On my first visit last Wednesday I arrived here at about 4:30 pm and it was like I landed in the middle of balls at IKEA! 2 dozen little &#8220;children&#8221; (insert your favorite slang here) running around as if they were all high on (hmm) coffee!!!! And nobody ever once said, &#8220;shh, this is a library, we are quiet in the library.&#8221; So on my visit tonight I decided to come a bit later, like after dinnerish as to avoid the high pitched &#8220;kids&#8221;&#8230; only to find myself seated beside a couple in their late teens/early twenty watching videos on youtube over and over&#8230;. Are you kidding me? This is a library people. Ear plugs needed in the library.????.. Now that&#8217;s an oxymoron isn&#8217;t it.
