My Sweat so Far!

I orginally registered as part of the Sweat365 Team-training for the Las Vegas Half Marathon. But since that Marathon has come and gone, it was a run that I missed. I am currently training for the San Francisco Women’s Only full marathon on October 19th 2008.

I’ve run 2 full marathons, some halfs and many shorter ones. This is my training blog which I am using to keep track of my progress toward this race. My half marathon PR is 2:05. My full PB is 4:17.

Please come by and read my blog. It will help me stay motivated and keep me on track as I run toward the future.

I just joined a tri club in my town and I am looking forward to throwing that hat into the ring.


I’m a woman from Calgary Ab Canada, born in 1973.

My goals for this event are: To finish between 4:00 & 4:15.

In addition to running, some of my other favorite activities include: weight training, walking, biking, golf, swimming, yoga, and new to the mix is a Triathlon.

I played water polo for during jr & sr high school. I swam competitivley in college. Competed in body building. Started running in 2000.
