Hmm… how did this day go… Honestly, it was totally fine. I had class from 7-3 and then I wanted to come home, go for a run and then out for a drink with a friend from work. Between the time I left work, made a few stops and reached home I was in such a foul mood. I don’t know why… the only thing that came to mind was my poor dietary intake the last 2 days. Not sure. My run was fine, but I couldn’t find a my groove or a steady pace. I was running too fast, my heart rate was up… I was ‘in a bad mood,’ but for what??? I have no idea. I think it’s the diet. No greens for 2 day do that to you I guess??? Hmm.
